Tile Set Fixes and Updates

Warmest greetings, Traveller. After making the first coloring book and playing with tiles, I've gone back through all three sets and updated the edges to clean up some of the outline work I had originally done. Water, roads, rivers, etc, all had an outer border that was making each tile of the grid visible. That's a useful feature for when I design a tabletop game out of these tiles (more on that later), but it's not the best look for a coloring book. I think there may still be one or two more spots where a pixel is wrong, so I'll fix those this weekend if I find a moment. I'm very excited to make tons of pictures out of these for me to color, so hopefully you'll like some of them as well.
